Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat 1/4cup ghee in a heavy bottomed kadahi.Add wheat flour and roast on low flame.
* Step 2
Roast for 25-30 minutes till a nice fragrence emits.Meanwhile dry roast all the spices on low flame for 5 minutes.(exept turmeric powder).
* Step 3
Grind the spices coarsely.
* Step 4
Add to flour,mix.Add turmeric powder also.Mix and further roast for 5 minutes.
* Step 5
Add raisins to the flour.Mix and add powdered sugar.Roast for more 5 minutes on low flame.
* Step 6
Put off flame and take out flour mixture into a plate.Let be cooled.Add remaining ghee.Mix well and make lemon sized laddus.Best for immunity boosting and also relieve from cold and cough.Can be stored upto 1 month.
