Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take coffee in a bowl,add sugar and 2 tsp water.Blend with an electric blender for 2 minutes on low speed.You may blend by hand also.
* Step 2
Add more 2 tsp water and further blend on medium to high speed for 4-5 minutes.Coffee mixture will turn to creamy and colour will also lighten.
* Step 3
Meanwhile boil milk in a pan.Take 1.5 tsp coffee mix into a mug/cup.Add hot milk gradually to the mug.
* Step 4
Coffee mix floats on the upper surface.Gently mix the coffee with a spoon.
* Step 5
Take 1 tbsp chocolate syrup in a spoon,apply over coffee in circular motion.Make design with a toothpick.
* Step 6
You may store remaining coffee mix for 2-3days in a fridge.
* Step 7
Now your cappuccino coffee is ready to serve.
