Aloo Paratha

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil and mash potatoes. Mix all the ingredients meant for stuffing. Keep aside.
* Step 2
Take wheat flour in a bowl, knead a soft dough by adding water. Cover and keep aside.
* Step 3
Make 6 equal sized balls from the dough. Flatten and stuff 2 tbsp stuffing. Seal the edges and roll to a paratha.
* Step 4
Heat a tawa and cook the paratha on medium flame. Apply oil on both sides and fry till golden and crispy.
* Step 5
Make all in the same manner. Serve hot with curd/pickle/chutney.
