Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potatoes and cut into cubes. Put in a large bowl.

* Step 2

Blend curd, add chilli powder, cumin powder and salt and mix.

* Step 3

Add potatoes cubes to curd and mix gently.

* Step 4

Take out in serving plates/dishes. Apply tamarind chutney over potatoes - curd mix. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.

* Step 5

Dahi-aloo is ready to serve. Serve.
