Chicken-Lobia Kabab

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak chanadal and lobia for 2 hours.

* Step 2

Take chicken pieces in a pressure cooker,add dal and lobia.Add red chillies,cinnamon stick and bay leaves.Add 1 cup water and pressure cook on high flame for 1 whistle.After 1 whistle simmer the flame and cook for 3-4minutes.

* Step 3

Let pressure release itself,open the lid.If any water remain,dry it.Discard bay leaves and cinnamon stick.

* Step 4

Take out in a blending jar,add powdered masala and salt,grind to a smooth consistency.

Take out in a bowl,add chopped coriander leaves and chopped green chilli.

* Step 6

Mix and make kababs.

* Step 7

Shallow fry on a tawa/frying pan on low-medium flame till golden.

Serve hot with salad.
