Ingredient

2-3servings.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take besan in a bowl, add red chilli powder,turmeric powder,ajwain and salt.Add water and blend well to get a dropping consistency batter.Keep aside.
* Step 2
Now slit chilli in middle with the help of knife.Slit all.Keep aside
* Step 3
Prepare stuffing:Take boiled potatoes in a bowl,mash them.Mix all the ingredients mentioned for stuffing.
* Step 4
Fill the stuffing in chillies,as shown in picture.
* Step 5
Cover the chillies with potato mix.Cover all.
* Step 6
Heat oil in a kadahi/pan.lower the flame to medium.Coat all chillies in besan batter and deep fry on low -medium heat till golden.Fry all.
* Step 7
Mirchi vada are ready to serve.Serve hot with sauce /chutney.
