Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take fish in a bowl,mix all the ingredients.Mix well and leave for 30 minutes.
* Step 2
Heat a non stick tawa.Heat oil,when smoke starts to come,lower the flame.
* Step 3
Put fish on tawa,fry on medium heat till golden.Fry in batches.
* Step 4
Take out and serve with salad.
