Cheesy Vegetable Rolls

#deepfried. post 5. Cheese gives the roll an extra taste.

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

30 minutes.
1 table spoon

tomato sauce

1 tea spoon

garlic(chopped)

1 table spoon

onion(chopped)

1 tea spoon

pepper powder

to taste

Salt

1 table spoon

corn flour

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1tea spoon oil in a pan add vegetables,all spices and salt.cook for 5minutes on medium heat.Keep aside.

* Step 2

Trim the edges of breads,roll with rolling pin.Put 1tea spoon vegetable mix on slice,put a piece of cheese over it,roll and seal the edges by applying a little water on edge.

* Step 3

Dissolve corn flour in water,dip the roll in it,then coat with bread crumbs.Heat oil in a kadahi.Deep fry rolls on medium heat till golden.

* Step 4

Serve hot with sauce.
