Winter season is full of leafy greens which aur full of nutrients... So I started with Palak saag combined with aloo . Made a spicy dry sabzi..
Some of it was consumed rest became leftover..just made the sabzi as stuffing in Paratha.Turned out to be really tasty..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add sabzi, mash it nicely. In goes cornflour mix it well, keep aside.
* Step 2
Mix 1 tsp salt & ajwain in whole wheat flour, add water slowly slowly, knead a med soft dough. Add 1 tsp oil, knead it again, rest it for 10 minutes. Take med sized portions, make balls. Roll it make a med sized roti.
* Step 3
Fill it with 1 tbsp of stuffing, seal the edges. Dust it with the flour, make a med thick Paratha.
* Step 4
Heat an iron tawa brush some oil, bake Paratha flipping both side till light brown.
* Step 5
Brush oil on the upper side, flip it, brush the oil on the other side too. Cook it flipping both sides until brown. Make all the parathas in the same manner.
* Step 6
Take out in a dish, plate it, serve it with any curry or any chutney, curd or sauce.
