Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add hing & zeera, let it splutter. In goes green chilli, saute it for 30 sec.
* Step 2
Now add boiled green moong, mix it well. In goes red chilli powder & garam masala powder, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 3
Turn off the flame, keep aside.
* Step 4
Take a dish, arrange the bread slices, spread chutney, fill 2 slices with cooked green moong.
* Step 5
Add sliced onion, sprinkle oregano. Also add tomato.
* Step 6
Cover these stuffed slices with the other slice, keep aside.
* Step 7
Pre heat an electric griller, brush some ghee, place the sandwiches. Cover it.
* Step 8
Cook it until brown. Take out in a dish, cut diagonally.
