Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Segregate the leaves from the hard stem, wash them thoroughly.
* Step 2
Chop the leaves a lil fine, wash it again, strain it, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. In goes hing, cook it for 30 sec.
* Step 4
Add garlic now, saute it until brown.
* Step 5
In goes dry red chilli b, saute it until brown.
* Step 6
Add saag & salt now. Mix it well.
* Step 7
Cover it with the lid, cook it on low flame until almost cooked. Stir it between.
* Step 8
Open the lid, stir fry it until dry. Adjust the flame accordingly.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for 5 minutes.
* Step 10
Open the lid, take out in a serving bowl.
* Step 11
Can be served along with steamed rice.
