A simple yet different snack recipe....easy to make.good tea or coffee time snack..

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add roughly crushed bread.
* Step 2
In goes onion & green chilli. Add dhania patta & salt.
* Step 3
Now add red chilli powder, garam masala powder, black salt & chaat masala.
* Step 4
In goes dahi & besan, mix it thoroughly. Keep aside for 10 minutes. Add oil, mix it again.
* Step 5
Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it.
* Step 6
Drop small portions of the batter in the hot oil, fry them on moderate flame until crispy brown. Cook them in batches.
* Step 7
Take out on an absorbent paper. Plate it or keep it in a bowl. Serve it with Chutney or any dip or any sauce.
