Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly wash poha, strain it, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a wok, add oil, heat it. Add Rai, let it splutter.
* Step 3
In goes green chilli, saute it for a minute. Add onions now, stir fry it until pink.
* Step 4
In goes ginger garlic, saute it until rawness is released.
* Step 5
Now add peanuts, stir fry it for a minute. In goes matar & aloo, stir fry it for a minute.
* Step 6
Add in tomato 🍅, haldi powder & salt, mix it well. Cook it for a minute.
* Step 7
Add poha now, mix it well. Stir fry it for a minute. Add in garam masala powder, mix it well.
* Step 8
Sprinkle lil water, lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it for 7 minutes.
* Step 9
Turn off the flame, open the lid after 5 minutes.
* Step 10
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
