Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak posto seeds in boiling water for 1 hour, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a grinder jar, add strained posto dana & green chili, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside.
* Step 3
Take a wok, add oil, heat it.
* Step 4
Add kalonji seeds, let them splutter.
* Step 5
Now add onion, stir fry it till light brown.
* Step 6
Add aloo pcs, give a stir.
* Step 7
Add haldi powder, stir fry it for 2 minutes.
* Step 8
Now add poppy paste & salt, stir it for a minute.
* Step 9
Add very little water, give a stir.
* Step 10
Cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it until aloo is almost cooked. Stir in between.
* Step 11
Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it for 2 minutes or till dry.
* Step 12
Turn off the flame, cover it with the lid for a minute.
* Step 13
Take it out in a serving bowl, have it with Roti or Rice.
* Step 14
You can garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
