Neer Dosa is a delicacy from the Southern region & a part of Udupi..
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash rice, soak in water for 4 hours. Strain it, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take a grinder jar, add rice & coconut, add very lil water. Grind it to a fine paste.
* Step 3
Take out in a bowl, add salt & 2 cup water, mix it well.
* Step 4
We need a thin batter, so you can add more water if required.
* Step 5
Now take a non-stick tawa, heat it. Add 1 tsp oil, spread it evenly all around with a tissue.
* Step 6
Add 2 ladle of batter over it, spread it all over.
* Step 7
Moderate the heat, add oil on the edges.
* Step 8
Cook it till dosa starts browning & separating from the corners. Start folding it.
* Step 9
Take out in a dish. Serve it with coconut chutney.
* Step 10
This is a very healthy, light dish.
