Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, add chicken & curd.
* Step 2
Now add all the given ingredients of Marination, mix it well. Keep aside for 1 hour.
* Step 3
Take a pressure cooker, add oil, heat it.
* Step 4
Add green chilli, sauté it for a while.
* Step 5
Now add onion, stir fry it till light brown.
* Step 6
Add marinated chicken, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 7
Now add salt & tomato purée, again stir fry for a minute. Add ghee now.
* Step 8
Add half cup of water now, give a stir.
* Step 9
Place the lid, give 4 whistles.
* Step 10
Switch off the flame, allow it to depressurise.
* Step 11
Open the lid after 10 minutes of cooling.
* Step 12
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
* Step 13
Have it with any main course.
* Step 14
All cooking has been done at high flame.
