Kalonji Paneer
An exotic Paneer dish used in the main course menu.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak paneer in warm water with lil salt, keep aside.
* Step 2
Take oil in a wok, heat it.
* Step 3
Add kalonji seeds, let it splutter.
* Step 4
Now add ginger garlic paste, add lil water, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 5
Add onion paste, also add little water, stir fry it for a while.
* Step 6
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it until brown. Stir in between.
* Step 7
Now add red chilli powder & dhania powder, add lil water also. Cook it at moderate flame till oil separates. Add salt also.
* Step 8
Mix dahi & cream, add it to the masala, stir it for a while.
* Step 9
Now add kaju paste, give a stir.
* Step 10
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till oil separates.
* Step 11
Now add garam masala powder, give a stir.
* Step 12
Increase the flame now, add paneer pcs, stir fry it very gently. Add green chilli, give a stir.
* Step 13
Add 1/2 cup boiled water so as to keep the dish a lil dry.
* Step 14
Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it for 10-15 minutes or till gravy becomes thick.
* Step 15
Turn off the flame now, open the lid after a while.
* Step 16
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
