Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead a soft dough using all the ingredients of dough with water. Keep it aside for some while 😊
* Step 2
For stuffing,
I have made one packet of Ching's schezwan Maggie with lots of veggies, added a tsp ketchup also in it.
* Step 3
Roll the dough into puri. Place the stuffing in the centre. Fold and seal the ends using a fork or you can give plaited look by folding from it's ends.
* Step 4
Fill the stuffing and fold accordingly. Deep fry in hot oil at low flame till crisp golden brown. Serve hot with dip of your choice
