Take all the above ingredients in a big bowl. As quantity of bread is more than other ingredients, the mixture will be little dry when you mix. So, add a little water to make a moist mixture.

Make cutlets from the mixture, grill on a nonstick skillet and serve hot with ur cup of Tea or coffee..
