Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak dal together for 5 hrs. Then washed and grinded them together to a smooth paste adding ginger, garlic cloves and green chillies
* Step 2
To the batter, added turmeric powder, hing and salt according to taste. Added chopped coriander and maintained a flowy consistency by adding water.
* Step 3
Heated a non stick tawa.. Greased it and poured batter using teaspoons so that I get the mini sizes I desire 😊. Let them cook from both sides with drizzle of little oil.
* Step 4
Now, take them out on a plate. And arrange them as a stack by spreading ketchup and mint chutney alternatively.
Serve them with grated paneer or cheese and chopped coriander..
