Savoury cake
It solves the problem of every mom. Ki bachhe har dal nahi khaate.
A very healthy savoury cake.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind dal and rice to a smooth paste using water (after 7 hrs)
* Step 2
Mix all in a big bowl and soak
* Step 4
To the portion of batter, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, Red chilli powder, salt, dhaniya powder, sugar, cashews and kishmish.
Mix well and let it rest for an hour (minimum)
* Step 5
Take curd in a bowl and mix soda to it. Mix well so that the fizz arise well.
Mix this to the rested batter. Mix well.
* Step 6
Spread this well in a greased tin.
* Step 7
Over the batter, spread the tempering.
For it heat oil in a pan. Crackle jeera, mustard seeds and sauf. Put flame off and put little chilli flakes and spread evenly over cake batter.
* Step 8
Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for the time till it gets brown outside (it took me 22 minutes). It might vary with different microwaves and ovens.
* Step 9
Let it cool and demould. Cut and serve with tea.. As a snack... With chutney and ketchup or aiwai 😊
