Paneer tikka masala in paalak gravy

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange all the ingredients for paneer tikka
* Step 2
Mix the content of marination in a bowl (curd, besan, salt, red chilli powder, salt, jeera powder etc). Add the cubed veggies and paneer in it
* Step 3
Mix well and let it marinate for 15 minutes
* Step 4
Heat a non stick skillet and place veggies and paneer over it
* Step 5
Grill from both the sides... And they are ready to be put in gravy
* Step 6
Grind together onions, garlic, Ginger, green Chilli and tomato together to form a paste.
* Step 7
Heat oil in a pan and add the grinded paste in it and let it cook at a low flame for 10 minutes
* Step 8
When the gravy starts leaving the pan, add spices and give a good mix
* Step 9
Then add the pureed spinach in it
* Step 10
Mix well and cover it with a lid for a minute. Add the paneer tikka in it and serve it hot with naan aur laccha paratha
