Ingredient

2 tbsp

Rice flour

to taste

Salt

1/2 teaspoon

Cumin seeds

1/2 teaspoon

Ginger paste

1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

Eno

2 tbsp

water

as needed

Butter

As needed

Oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly soak moong Dal for 30 minutes.

* Step 2

Drain off the water and blend smooth paste

* Step 3

Transfer the moong Dal in to Large bowl. Add Haldi powder, rice flour.and mix it well. Better look like thick and forming.

* Step 4

Now add Cumin seeds, red chilli powder, onion ginger paste and Salt to taste, mix it well.water as required required. 2 tbsp

* Step 5

Now add Eno powder. And mix it well. Heat a pan add 1 tbsp oil and pour the better and sprinkle red chilli powder, Coriander leaves. Cover and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes

* Step 6

Now flip over and press gently.make a good slit in the center and 1 tbsp butter in the center

* Step 7

Simmer for a minute. Enjoy your Moonglet with ketchup or green Chutney
