Parle-G (biscuit)
2 cups
Milk
1 tbsp
heavy cream (Malai)
2 tbsp
Powdered sugar
2 tbsp
Cocoa powder
2-3 drops
chocolate essence
as required
Chocolate Chips for garnishing
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind a biscuit-like powder. Now add Milk, Cream, Sugar, Blend it into a smooth paste
* Step 2
Now add cocoa powder, Chocolate essence, again Blend to smooth paste.
* Step 3
Transfer to an airtight container. And freeze to 7 to 8 hours.
* Step 4
Serve the ice cream.With Choco chips
* Step 5
Enjoy your ice cream
