Methi moong dal is prepared with methi leaves and split yellow moong dal . It can be very healthy accompaniment for any main meal with the goodness of Fenugreek and moong dal . The combination of fenugreek leaves and dal create a nutritious side dish . It is mildly spiced with dry red chilli and tempering with mustard seed and onion flavor .

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly Wash the moong dal 2-3 times and soaked about 10 minutes. Now-wash the methi leaves and add
into the pressure cooker then add soaked moong dal,chopped 1 onion, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tsp cumin powder, salt and 1 cup water close the lid and cook it for make 5-6 whistle.
* Step 2
Turn off the flame. After 5 minutes open the lid.
* Step 3
For tempering:
Heat oil in a pan and add 1 tsp mustard urad dal mix sauté few minutes. Then add chopped onion, dry red chilli sauté until the onion turn golden color. Now pour the moong dal methi leaves mix and cook it few minutes.
* Step 4
Moong dal methi leaves sabji is ready to serve with hot rice, chappathi etc.
