Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For orange batter
Peel and grate the carrot. Grind to a fine paste. Add into the dosa batter mix it well.
* Step 2
For green batter
Wash the spinach, mint, coriander leaves thoroughly, add in blender jar and blend it smooth paste. Then add into the idli batter mix it well.
* Step 3
Now heat dosa tawa take 1 tbsp of orange batter in the centre. Then spread white batter around it. Finally spread green batter around it. Cook on low flame sprinkle some oil and cook on both sides until fully cooked.
* Step 4
Tri colour dosa is ready serve with chutney or sambar
