The Black Chana sundal recipe is simple and tasty black Chana stir fry . It is healthy and nutritious.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak Chana overnight.
Firstly take pressure cooker to add into soaked chana with 11/2 cup of water pressure cook till the Channa soft.
* Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
Once hot add mustard urad dal mix and let them splutter.
* Step 4
Then add dried red chili, and curry leaves and sauté few minutes. Then add chopped onion and chopped mango and sauté for 30 seconds.
* Step 5
Now add boiled, drained chana, asafoetida, and salt.
Mix well and cook for 2 minutes.
* Step 6
Now add grated coconut.
Mix and cook for a minute.
Lastly, add lemon or lime juice, mix and
turn off the stove.
* Step 7
Sundal is ready Serve and enjoy.
