Ragi roti is an extremely popular breakfast item from south India. It has many health benefits and is packed with nutritional values. Ragi is a whole grain that is gluten-free and stable in south India. It is rich in fiber which helps with weight loss and diabetes. It’s packed with calcium, good carbs, amino acid, and vitamin D . This recipe I learned with my grandma.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a mixing bowl, pour the Ragi,flour, onion, dry red chili, drumstick leaves, coconut, and salt and mix well.
* Step 3
Slowly add water little by little and bring it to a soft dough, if your hands are sticky you can add little oil and mix.
* Step 4
Divide the dough into equal parts, Take away the paper and spread the dough with greased fingers on the paper.
* Step 5
On a hot tawa, put a tsp of oil and transfer the roti on the tawa then add oil on the edges of the roti and cook on both sides.
* Step 6
Serve hot with ghee or any curry, chutney, etc.
