* Step 1

For orange idli : Peel and grate the carrot. Grind to a fine paste. Add into the idli batter mix it well. Then grease the mini idli plate with oil and fill idli plate with carrot batter and steam it for 7 to 10 minutes.

For green idli : Wash the spinach, mint, coriander leaves thoroughly, add in blender jar and blend it smooth paste. Then add into the idli batter mix it well. Then grease the mini idli plate with oil and fill idli plate with green batter and steam it for 7to 10 minutes.

For white idli : Grease the mini idli plate with oil and fill idli plate with plain batter and steam it for 7 to 10 minutes.

Carefully take out these idli from the sides and serve it with chutney or sambar and enjoy.
