Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For white coconut chutney : Take blender add shredded fresh coconut,ginger,chilli,salt and pour some water blend it fine paste.

* Step 2

Then open the mixer jar and adding more water if required.

* Step 3

Now prepare the tempering by heating 1 tsp oil and add in 1/2 tsp mustard seed and urad dal,1 dried red chilli and few curry leaves.allow to splutter.finally pour the tempering over coconut chutney and serve with idli,dosa,etc.

* Step 4

For green coconut chutney: Take blender add shredded fresh coconut,coriander leaves, curry leaves, mint leaves, chilli,salt and pour some water blend it fine paste.

* Step 5

Then open the mixer jar and adding more water if required.

* Step 6

Now prepare the tempering by heating 1 tsp oil.add in 1/2tsp mustard seed, urad dal mix,1dried red chilli and few curry leaves.allow to splutter.finally pour the tempering over green coconut chutney and serve with idli,dosa,etc.

* Step 7

For orange chutney : Take blender add chopped onion, tomato, garlic, red chilli, tamarind, salt and blend it smooth paste.

* Step 8

Now prepare the tempering by heating 1 tsp oil.add in 1/2tsp mustard seed s,urad dal,1dried red chilli and few curry leaves.allow to splutter.finally pour the tempering over orange chutney and serve with idli,dosa,etc.
