water

rose essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sugar syrup : Take 1 cup sugar in a pan and add water and boil it. Then add cardamom, saffron, and rose essence then simmer for 5 minutes sugar syrup slightly sticky turn off the flame. And keep it aside.

For gulabjamun : Firstly take a bowl add all-purpose flour, milk powder, rava, pinch of baking soda and mix it well. Then add milk little by little and knead well. Now add khoya knead smooth and soft dough.

Make small balls greasing oil or ghee in hand.

Heat the ghee on low flame and the ghee is moderately hot fry the jamun.

Fry the balls on low flame stirring in between fry the balls till golden brown.

Drop the jamun into sugar syrup. Let it rest it for 3-4 hours.
