* Step 1

Prepare batter out of maida, cornflour, pepper powder & salt, dip florets in the batter deep fry them keep aside

Heat up deep sauce pan add oil, sliced onion,chopped garlic, chopped green chillies, saute it until light brown. Then add tomato sauce, chilli powder, soya sauce then add corn flour mix water and salt saute them for 3-4 minutes, add fried cauliflower florets, combine well..and it's done.enjoy
