It is made from ball-shaped dumplings of chhena (an Indian cottage cheese) and semolina dough, cooked in light sugar syrup made of sugar. This is done until the syrup permeates the dumplings.This is Rakshabanthan special sweet recipe enjoy .

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk and add 2 tbsp lemon juice with2 tbsp water in it.

Then milk curdled. Strain paneer in a white cloth with help of strainer.

Then add 1 tbsp rava in paneer and knead it properly for 2 minutes.

Make small balls with paneer for making rassgulla.

Next take 1 cup sugar 21/2water in a pan boil it for2-3mins, then add cardamom pods. Add paneer balls in sugar syrup, cover the pan boil it for15 minutes in slow medium flame.
