This bhindi fry is a dry preparation . It is simple easy to follow and is made using basic pantry .This dish is made with bhindi and basic Indian spices .

* Step 1
Rinse and wipe dry all the lady's fingers with a clean kitchen towel. Then slice the Lady's finger to thin 0.5 inches and chopped one onion Then add red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt mix it well. Keep aside. Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Sprinkle in mustard and urad dal mix when the seed sizzle and pop. quickly add dry red chili and curry leaves.
* Step 3
Cook stirring, until very fragrant, about 1 minute, Then add the lady’s finger increase the heat to medium and cook stirring often, until the goo or mucilage from the lady’s finger starts to release Cook stirring continuously until the lady’s finger looks very well fry, 6 to 10 minutes more. once the lady’s finger is cooked transfer the plate serve with rice or chappathi.
