Jamun ice cream made from naturally ripe jamun fruit this ice cream is yet another creative way to enjoy this short season summer fruit . This is my another version of jamun ice cream.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and deseed the Jamuns. Put them in a lip lock back and freeze overnight
* Step 2
Add the frozen Jamuns to a blender and add lime juice and powdered sugar. Add little water about 1/2 cup and make a fine purée. Set aside
* Step 3
In a bowl add whipping cream and whisk for 10 mins until there is a soft peak.
* Step 4
Add milk, condensed milk, and powdered sugar to it, and whisk for 2-3 mins. Add Jamun purée and using the cut & fold technique mix the Jamun purée with the whipping cream.
* Step 5
Place into a bowl and add the rest of the Jamun purée to it, cover tightly, and freeze overnight or for 7-8 hours
* Step 6
To plate remove the cover, scoop the ice cream, and place in a dessert glass, garnish with Jamun purée and some Jamuns. Enjoy
