Bottle gourd is used to make curry added to dals & even made to a halwa . I am sharing a simple bottle gourd with moong dal fry recipe which turns out delicious and so simple to make few minutes.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take the bottle gourd wash them in the water two or three times and peel the skin and cut them into small pieces.

* Step 2

Then heat the pan and add oil, mustard seed, urad dal, dry chili cut into two pieces, and curry leaf to fry it. Then add onion and fry it few minutes.

* Step 3

Next, add bottle gourd, turmeric powder, moong dal, water, and salt. close the lit on the pan and cook for 10 minutes. slow the heat cook it stirs fry.

Finally, add into shredded coconuts and turn off the heat.
