Garlic green beans

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Snip the ends of the green beans and cut them into half.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan or wok. Once the oil is hot add the green beans and fry till the skin gets slightly crinkled.Remove from the pan and keep aside.
* Step 3
Now remove the excess oil from the pan.Add the chopped garlic to the pan.Saute the garlic lightly and again add the cooked green beans. Sprinkle with salt.
* Step 4
Remove from the pan/wok and serve hot.
