Christmas Salad Platter with meatballs

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To make the meatballs,in a mixing bowl,add the tofu mince,chicken mince, soy sauce,corn,sugar and salt.Mix well and form small balls.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the meat balls in hot oil until it is golden brown in colour.
* Step 3
Once done remove from the oil and set aside.
* Step 4
For the salad, arrange letttuce leaves,broccoli,red and yellow bell peppers cut into stars and feta cheese in a circular pattern on a plate.
* Step 5
Now place the prepared meatballs on the plate.
* Step 6
Christmas Salad Platter with meatballs is ready to be served.
