Rose Milk Pudding

Rose Milk Pudding

#bcam2021 An easy to make pudding for the sweet tooth with the goodness of milk flavoured with rose.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 people

Cooking time :

1 hour
2 cups

milk

1/2 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

corn starch

1/4 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl,mix corn starch and agar agar powder with water and keep aside.

* Step 2

Heat milk in a pan.Add the sugar. Keep stirring until the sugar dissolves and bring to a boil.

* Step 3

Now mix the corn starch and agar agar mixture to the milk and keep stirring continuously to avoid any lumps. Continue to do this until the milk slightly thickens.

* Step 4

Now add the rose syrup to the milk mixture and mix well.Pour the prepared mixture in moulds of your choice and refrigerate for 2 hours.

* Step 5

Once set, demould, garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals.Serve chilled.Rose Milk Pudding is ready.
