Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the whole wheat flour,corn meal,salt and olive oil in a bowl.Mix the ingredients and knead them into a dough with lukewarm water.

* Step 2

Now make small balls out of the dough and roll them out into round shape.

* Step 3

Cook them on apan till done. Tortilla base is ready.

* Step 4

To make the filling,heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.Add the onions and the bell peppers,fajita mix and the paner cubes and cook till soft. Add the salt. The filling is ready.

* Step 5

To make the flour paste,mix flour with water and keep aside. Now take a tortilla base.Cut it into half to get 2 pieces. Take 1 half and apply the flour paste and form it into a cone. Put the prepared filling inside and seal it with the flour paste and put it on a skewer stick. Put 2 cones on a skewer stick to form a tree. Make more like this.

* Step 6

Now bake the trees at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

* Step 7

Remove from the oven. Apply pesto sauce and garnish with colorful bell pepper stars and rounds.

* Step 8

Yummy Christmas Tree Fajita is ready to serve.
