Quinoa is a superfood and a great alternative for carbohydrate.Quinoa when cooked with milk and rose syrup makes for a delicious Quinoa Rose Kheer.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash 1 up of quinoa.Boil it in 2 cups of water till half cooked. Remove from stove, drain the water and keep aside.
* Step 2
Add milk in a pan and add the cooked quinoa. Add sugar and cardamom powder keep stirring till the mixture thickens.
* Step 3
Now remove from stove and add the rose syrup,rose water and mix well.
* Step 4
Let the kheer cool down completely.Transfer to a bowl and garnish with chopped pistachios and few rose petals. Serve.
