Til Mawa Laddu (White Sesame seeds Laddu with mawa)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Roast the sesame seeds for 8 to 10 minutes on medium flame till light golden.

* Step 2

Put mawa/ khoya in a non-stick pan and keep stirring till lightly coloured.

* Step 3

Now add the powdered sugar and the cardamom powder,chopped cashew nuts and mix well.

* Step 4

Add the prepared roasted and coarsely ground sesame seeds and mix well.

* Step 5

Make laddus immediately with the warm mixture.

* Step 6

Garnish with cardamom powder and serve.
