Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Knead a dough of maida, oil.
* Step 3
Mix rice flour & ghee & make a fine paste with hands.
* Step 4
In water add sugar & make one string consistency syrup.Add kesar.
* Step 5
Make 3 equal rotis of dough.Take one apply paste on it. Keep second on it. Apply paste. Keep third on it.Apply remain paste on it. Make a tight roll of rotis.
* Step 6
Cut pieces. Again roll like pooris. Fry on slow flame
* Step 7
Dip in syrup & keep in plate
