Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix besan, mirchi powder, dhania powder,salt, onions1 t.spoon. hot oil & make bhajia batter. Make bhajia. Keep aside

* Step 2

Whisk,Besan, water, curd without lumps. In kadai add 2 t. spoon. oil, jeera, hing. Add onions, ginger garlic paste.Saute 5 minutes.Add tomatoes. Saute 5 minutes.

* Step 3

Add curd batter, haldi mirchi powder, salt. Stir continuesly on slow flame till boil.

Off the gas.Add bhajias.
