Karachi's iconic Aatishi qeema

Keema is a rich and flavorful ground meat dish often served at every dhabas cart or restaurant. It is minced meat cooked in a buttery onion- tomato base with hot & tangy powdered spices and finished with heavy cream or milk. Aatishi qeema is one of the iconic keema recipes

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add mincemeat in a pan with all the dry spices and 1 cup water, salt and ginger garlic paste cover and cook till mince done
* Step 2
Add ghee in it. add whole spices along with some more ginger garlic paste, mix well
* Step 3
Add yogurt and tomatoes, turmeric, red chilli powder salt fry well till all water has dried, mix well
* Step 4
Dry roast all the ingredients of Aatishi masala and let it grind in fine powder
* Step 5
Add in qeema few more minutes to cook add slitted chillies and stir twice or thrice
* Step 6
Serve with hot puries parathas or chapatis
