Tomato 🍅 salsa

Salsas are poured over eggs, fajitas, seafood stews, boiled potatoes, grilled beef and roast chicken, used as dips for tortillas, tacos and breads, and as toppings for quesadillas, enchiladas or antojitos (snacks). Salsas can be served cooked or fresh and are called salsa cruda, salsa fresca or salsa verde.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Arrange your tomatoes cut-side-up on a greased oil pan and let them fry a little sprinkle little salt on top too
* Step 2
Let tomatoes cool down a bit then use a food processor or fork to blend everything together
* Step 3
Add chopped onion chopped green chilles and chopped garlic chives in it and red chilli and salt for seasoning
* Step 4
For tempring in tbsp of oil temper garlic and cumin togather and pour over salsa
* Step 5
Serve this tangy and multi purpose salsa with your desi cuisine or even with chips and tortilla for just munching it work as a perfect base for pizza and a great sauce base for pasta too
