Ears of corn are steamed, boiled, or grilled usually without their green husks, or roasted with them. The husk leaves are removed before serving.

Ingredient

6-7 ear

Corn

1 tsp

Salt

1 tsp

Red chill

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Remove the leaves of corn ear and let it roast on medium heat direct on stove you can do this step on burning coal too

* Step 2

When it done from all side serve with lemon wedges and desi mixture of salt and red chilly togather
