Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cheeses: place 2-3 different cheeses, or more if you like.
Buy a mix of hard and soft, as well as mild and strong cheeses.
* Step 2
Deli & cold cuts: choose a mix of spicy and non-spicy cold cuts. Examples: salami, jamon, prosciutto, pastrami, chorizo, sliced cooked sausages are also a good addition, cured beef sticks, pepperoni, ham, etc.
* Step 3
Sweets and Fruits:
Add non-messy and dry (not wet) fruits, like grapes, cherries, etc. Raisins, prunes, olives, sweet dried fruits are also a great addition. Chocolate squares, are a yes!
* Step 4
Crackers and Bread: To thoroughly enjoy the cheeses and cold cuts, there must be something in the board that you can spread or top it on.
* Step 5
Arrangement:
It doesn't have to be organized. Most boards I've seen are fully-packed and quite messy.
I just arranged mine as so because I like lines and patterns 😬
* Step 6
Enjoy and serve with wine, champagne, sangria or cocktails. 😋
