Stir Fry Beef in Lightly Spiced Coconut Sauce (Curry / Garam Masala)
Use your fave curry spices to make this tasty! I used Garam Masala.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in pan and sauté garlic and onions until fragrant
* Step 2
Add and stir fry okra and beans.Season with salt and pepper. Note: Slice these in same sizes so it cooks at the same time.
* Step 3
Halfway thru, remove veggies from the pan, add a bit more oil and stir fry the beef until lightly brown
* Step 4
Return veggies to the pan and continue stir frying.
* Step 5
Add coconut milk. Let simmer until it thickens a bit. Sprinkle garam masala or your choice of curry spice. Season with a drop of oyster sauce or soy sauce (to taste). Mix with spatula well.
* Step 6
When everything is coated, serve hot with rice.
