Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and soak dal for 2 hours
* Step 2
Rinse well and grind with ginger and green chili or add minced ginger and green chilies to ground dal
* Step 3
Add chopped onion and cilantro/coriander leaves/dhania n add red chilli powder n salt.
* Step 4
Heat Appe pan and put few drops of oil in each cavity,let oil in the cavities heat
* Step 5
Cover and cook on both sides till golden.
